Myofascial Trigger Point Injection
This minimally invasive procedure alleviates pain and muscle tension by injecting a local anesthetic, saline solution, or corticosteroid directly into trigger points within skeletal muscles. These trigger points are hyperirritable spots in the muscle that can cause localized or referred pain, stiffness, and restricted range of motion. They can develop due to factors like muscle overuse, injury, poor posture, stress, or underlying musculoskeletal conditions such as myofascial pain syndrome or fibromyalgia. Associated conditions may include myofascial pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, and tension headaches. Symptoms patients may experience include localized muscle pain, tenderness, stiffness, restricted range of motion, and referred pain to other body areas. These injections are typically part of a comprehensive treatment plan, which may involve physical therapy, stretching exercises, and stress management techniques.

Spinal Cord Stimulator
A spinal cord stimulator, a surgically implanted device, delivers electrical impulses to the spinal cord, disrupting pain signals and offering relief from chronic pain. Comprising electrodes near the spinal cord and a pulse generator under the skin, this device is programmable to tailor the frequency, intensity, and duration of impulses to individual patient needs.
Used to address conditions like failed back surgery syndrome, neuropathic pain, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), and severe peripheral vascular disease, spinal cord stimulators offer hope for those enduring chronic pain. Symptoms indicating its potential efficacy include numbness, tingling, burning sensations, and compromised mobility in patients for whom conservative treatments have proven ineffective.
Radio-frequency Therapy
This therapy is utilized to address chronic pain conditions such as facet joint arthritis, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, and neuropathic pain, as well as chronic back or neck pain that has not responded to conservative treatments. Symptoms associated with these conditions may include localized joint pain, stiffness, inflammation, reduced range of motion, and referred pain to other parts of the body.
